Es wird nicht langweilig den Sonnenaufgang zu fotografieren, heute nun einmal mit Reflexion in einer Pfütze. Übrigens verbirgt sich auf dem Bild möglicherweise ein Geocaching Punkt.

It is never getting boring to take Pictures of the sunrise. Today a Picture with a Reflexion in a puddle. An there is propably a Geocach in this piture.

Morning Show: Lost Places - Lidl

Lost Places - verlassene Lidl-Filiale

Nachdem ich hier nun meist die eher schönen Seiten meins morgendlichen Wegs zur Arbeit abgebildet habe, hier nun ein eher nicht so ansehnlicher Ort. Jeden morgen komme ich an der verlassenen Lidl-Filiale am Maschmühlenweg vorbei. Früher habe ich dort auf dem Weg zur Arbeit das eine oder andere Frühstück gekauft, oder auf dem Heimweg frische Zutaten für ein Abendessen.
Letztes Jahr wurde das Geschäft geschlossen. Über die Gründe war nichts zu erfahren, weder aus Gesprächen mit den Angestellten, noch aus den Tiefen des Netzes. Die Filiale war zwar 2010 Ort eines Überfalls, was aber wohl nichts mit der Schließung zu tun haben dürfte.

Lost Places - closed Discounter Shop
Until now I only published Pictures of the nice Views of my way to work. Today I would like to Show you one of the more unpleasend views. Every morning I am passing the closed shop of the Discounter "Lidl" at the Maschmuelenweg. Sometimes I used to by breakfast there on my way to work, or on the way back fresh ingredients for dinner.
The shop was closed last year. I could not find out why, neither by taling to People working in the shop, nor in the abbyses of the web. In 2010 the shop was robbed, but I doub that this was the reason.

Morning Show: Libelle / Dragonfly

Da in meinem Archiv noch so mancher visueller Schatz schlummert, habe ich dort noch etwas gegraben und dieses Insekten-Foto dort gefunden. Entstanden ist es ebenfalls morgens an der Leine.

Since there are a lot visual treasures sleeping in my Archive, I decided to dig a bit and found this Picture of an insect. I took it in the morning at the river Line.

Morning Show 2015.07.06.: Sonnenaufgang im Frühnebel / Sunrise and Mist

Sonnenaufgang im Frühnebel

An manchen Tagen ist man einfach zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort. Kurz nach dem Sonnenaufgang lag die Leine noch im Frühnebel.
Für das Bild habe ich wieder mehrere Fotos mit verschiedenen Belichtungen mit GIMP übereinander gelegt, also sozusagen ein HDR erzeugt. Dieses Ebenen habe ich anschließend so zusammengefügt das in den zu hellen Bereichen und in den zu dunkelen Bereichen noch Details zu erkennen sind. Für die Sonne die durch den Busch scheint, habe ich z.B. eine eigene Ebene angelegt. Das geht mit anderen Programmen sicher alles einfacher, aber mitlerweile habe ich das kleine GIMP ganz lieb gewonnen.

Sunrise and Mist
Sometimes you are just in the right place at the right time. Shortly after the sunrise the river Leine still lay in the mist.
For this picture I have placed several photos with different exposures as layers on top of each other with GIMP. So to speak, created a HDR. Afterwards I places the layers in one file so the details can be seen in to bright areas and in the dark areas . For the sun shining through the bush, I have, for example, applied an separate layer. All of this might be easyer with an other programm, but I have come to like this little programm GIMP.

 

 

Aus diesen drei Aufnahmen habe ich je drei weitere Bilder generiert und diese dann anschließend zusammengesetzt. Über Tipps und Anregungen würde ich mich freuen!

Morning Show - Archivfoto: Blume am Fluss, Flover and River

Blume am Fluss

Ausnahmsweise einmal ein Bild aus dem Archiv, aber auch von der Leine und ebenfalls vormittags aufgenommen.

Etwas abseits des Weges am Ufer der Leine stehen viele Blumen. Vielleicht etwas kitschig, aber es gibt auch genug unansehnliches auf dem Weg.

A few Steps away from the way there are a lot of flowers.

Maybe a bit corny, but there are a lot unpleasent views on the way.

Morning Show 2015.07.02: Makro

Makro Morgen

Nachdem die letzten Morning-Show Post eher Panorama-lastig waren, habe ich am 2.7. die Gelegenheit genutzt um ein paar schöne Makroaufnahmen zu machen. Die Sonne stand bei klarem wolkenlosen Himmel schon deutlich über dem Horizont. Panoramabilder wären also ohnehin eher langweilig gewesen. Dafür war das Licht herrlich golden und hat den Aufnahmen einen ganz eigenen Reiz verliehen.

Since the last few Morning Show Post have been mostly panorama pictures, I had the chanche to take some macro Pictures. The sun had already climbed over the horizoon, the sky was clear. Panoramapictures would have been a bit boring. But the light was wunderful golden and gave the Pictures an own touch.

Sonnenaufgang

Hier ausnahmsweise ein mit dem Handy aufgenommenes Bild. Ein besonders schöner Sonnenaufgang im Leinetal.

Sunrise

Fore once a picture taken by Smartphone. An etraordinary nice sunrise in the Leinevally in Göttingen.

Nicht immer (aber immer öfter) schleppe ich morgens auf dem Rad meine "große" Kamera mit mir. Groß ist ja auch relativ. Eine Canon EOS 700 würde ich nicht zwingend in die Kategorie "Groß" einordnen. Eigentlich liegt sie eher im angenehmen Mittelfeld, was Größe und Gewicht angeht. Da auch ihre Leistungen akzeptabel sind und ich mir derzeit für mein Hobby keine Profikamera anschaffen möchte, ist sie derzeit das Arbeitsgerät meiner Wahl. Und natürlich hat sie wie alle ihre Vorgänger einen Namen: Dot.
Also: demnächst werdet ihr hier wieder mehr von Dots Bildern sehen. Die Fotos sind schon geschossen, müssen nur noch bearbeitet werden.

Not every morning I am carrying my "big" camera with me on the bike. But big is a relativ. A Canon EOS 700 is not "big". It is more "middle" by size and weight. But since the performance is accaptable and I am not willing to use a professional camera for my hobby, I am choosing to work with this camera. And of course it has a name: Dot
So: you are going to see some more of Dot´s pictures here. The photografies are already taken, I only have to work on them a little bit.
